A dark comedy short film about life, regret, and bureaucracy. Purgatory Pending is a dark comedy about an elderly woman who negotiates her way out of dying, only to discover purgatory has a hiring department. It’s a dry, witty, and unsettlingly bureaucratic story about regret, missed chances, and one last shot at purpose...and did we mention the twist at the end. grab your tissues.
